We returned a week ago from a family trip with 4 children from spain, during a connecting flight in milan it turned out that our reservation for the next flight was not visible in the booking system, technical problems, we contacted the kiwi.com hotline, it turned out that we had to postpone flight the next day, kiwi.com took care of everything, booking the next earliest flight, check-in, boarding passes, as compensation we received a refund for the unbooked accommodation and the taxi ride, which we could no longer cancel, despite the inconvenience, we are very pleased with the communication, professional the approach of the hotline employee and the quick response we received from kiwi.com, thank you

Kiwi helped us a lot when we got stuck in madeira last year due to a canceled flight. they sent us replacement tickets free of charge, although we flew through london and landed at one airport and departed from another, so we paid a crazy expensive taxi... but in the end we got compensation from the airline :)
