Flybe entered Administration on March 5, 2020. All flights have been canceled and the airline has ceased trading with immediate effect.
Unfortunately, Flybe is not providing any alternative flights or refunds. According to article 6 paragraph 3 of our Terms and Conditions, this is classified as a force majeure situation which means that our Kiwi.com Guarantee does not apply.
What if I am currently traveling?
If you’ve already started your journey and have an upcoming flight before 23:59 on March 6, 2020, CET, we will provide alternative flights or refunds under the Kiwi.com Guarantee. We have already contacted all affected customers to offer them alternative options.
What if my flight is departing in the future?
Due to the immediate effect of Flybe’s cease of operations, the airline is not providing any refunds. However, to minimize this inconvenience, Kiwi.com will partially cover the alternative transportation for affected travelers.
If your Flybe flight is departing on March 7, 2020, onwards, we will contact you and provide a range of discounted alternative flights. If you want to cancel your trip, we will refund you the amount equal to this discount.
What are my options?
Please visit Manage My Booking to choose from a range of discounted alternative flights or apply for a refund.
If the alternative flight is more expensive than the discount we’re offering, you will need to pay the difference.
