Any trip changes should be made via Kiwi.com.
If you change your itinerary or contact details directly with the carrier(s), you’ll lose the Kiwi.com Guarantee. This is because we need to be aware of all changes and updates to be able to assist you.
However, if you're not allowed on board because of a missing visa, or if you missed boarding because of a fault of your own, you can try to arrange a trip change directly with the carrier. In such cases, the Kiwi.com Guarantee won’t apply.
