Operations Team story

Kiwi.com has grown with incredible speed and our teams have created a lot of microservices across multiple environments and providers. It used to be very difficult to keep eye on all the services, so we decided to create the Operations Team. As guardians of our production systems, our OPS engineers take care of their assigned operations by managing any outages that affect us.
