Airline Partnerships Team plays a key role in improving the content offers to its customers.  We focus on the out-of-the-box relationship building with the airline carriers to a mutual growth of both our partners and the company.

Job responsibilities

  • Business development activities (looking for new market contacts and establishing new partnerships)
  • Account management (developing existing relationships with business partners, cooperation with implementation teams, marketing and IT specialists, revenue management teams…)
  • Management of the whole sales cycle from A to Z (including pricing negotiations)
  • Analytics, data interpretation with focus on maximisation of revenues and profits
  • Monitoring key business KPIs against the targets and taking appropriate business or re-planning actions if required
  • Attending conferences, exhibitions, networking sessions

Job requirements

  • Min. 2 years of job-relevant experience:
    • Experience directly from airline industry, OTA or also non-online travel agency
    • Experience from relevant roles – within Business Development, Sales, Revenue Management, Account Management
    • Experience with communicating directly with airlines
  • Profound insight into the „within-the-airline-sales“ area
  • Proficient English (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to spot, understand and interpret market trends
  • Very good communication and networking skills
  • Ability to build new and enhance existing relationships with business partners
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage (Chinese, Korean, Spanish, etc.)
  • Interest in going for business trips from time to time (up to 20-30%)
  • Global mindset
  • Self-starting personality able to work efficiently on both individual and group assignments
  • Team player with friendly and extroverted nature
  • Assertiveness
  • Goal-orientation
