Our Business Development Team has been the essential part of from the very beginning. Its nice, professional, and fun-loving team members have helped our company grow considerably, get good reputation, and build relationships with business partners worldwide. Now, the BD Team is looking for a new member – will it be you?

Job Description

There will be 2 main areas within your job contents:

1) Key Account Management with focus on developing major business partnerships

  • Taking complex care of our key business partners
  • Proactively looking for new opportunities with current partners (upselling)
  • Identifying performance improvements
  • Expanding current distribution channels to new markets

2) Business Development analytics

    • Checking partners performance per market
    • Analyzing trends
    • Watching filters setup and AB testing
    • Acting as the main contact person to deal with the Analytics team

Occasionally, you will go for a business trip abroad, however, most of the time, you will spend in our offices in Brno with the rest of the Business Development Team and other teams. There is also possibility to use the benefit of home office from time to time.

Last but not least, you will be working with experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Managers so you will be learning much every day.


  • Previous account management experience in the online environment (min. of 1-2 years)
  • Travel knowledge and experience from the airline industry is a big plus
  • Strong analytical thinking, fond of tech (IT) and numbers
  • Great command of English (both spoken and written)
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and representative appearance
  • Positive and helpful (supportive) attitude
  • Assertive, proactive person
  • Patience and ability to work under stress
