Junior Payment Specialist

Job Details

Our payments team is looking for a new colleague to join Disputes (chargeback handling). The position is a perfect opportunity for a junior finance enthusiast who wants to start their career in finance.
Responsibilities
  • Review of the charged back cases
  • Disputing of the eligible cases
  • Communication with the processing banks (mainly email)
  • Detailed and high level reporting
  • Data Analysis
  • Maintenance of the Dispute Management reports
  • Internal communication with related departments (Customer Support, GDS team, Claims)
Requirements
  • English level B2
  • Very good knowledge of excel (data analysis)
  • Self driven
  • Result oriented
  • Able to monitor and handle cases with very long life cycle (months)
  • Responsible
  • Basic Knowledge of Credit card payments
  • Financial Background
  • Advanced Knowledge of Excel
