Role and responsibilities:

  • entry cards administration; access rights, electronic cards registration
  • key management – management, transfer protocols
  • new arrivals; Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/OH&S), workplace inspection, setting entries, handing over the keys …
  • camera system administration
  • business continuity plan – project coordination, preparation of documents, documentation, cooperation with a consultant, cooperation on risk analysis and impacts
  • operational rules; update
  • company’s visits management
  • fire protection – patrolmen update, evacuation exits and lightings check, fire drills organization
  • risk assessment – periodic patrols of the workplace
  • compliance with hygiene standards
  • first aid training
  • ergonomic training

On most of these responsibilities, we use external consultants. Thus it is not necessary to be an expert in the field. We are looking for someone who will carry on/administer steps that will arise from the consultation with the external consultants, and sensitively implement them into our company’s environment.


We want you to:

  • have experience with the implementation of safety management in a company with the size of +500 employees (experience from IT companies welcome
  • being able to set clear direction with Respect to company culture
  • have a sense of responsibility
  • speak fluent English
