Social Media Manager

Problem: You’re an experienced, seasoned social media professional, but you don’t feel you’re allowed the scope you like.

Solution: Kiwi.com! We’re looking for someone who has a solid background in social media, but is ready to work in a young, creative, rock and roll company that wants to take the rules and chuck them out the window.

The role:

  • managing the social media customer engagement team
  • devising and executing social media strategy together with the brand manager
  • acting as the overall custodian of social media activity for the company
  • managing social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
  • creating and publishing relevant, original, high-quality content in collaboration with creatives
  • analyzing key metrics, compiling reports
  • managing and initiating UGC projects

Required skills:

  • 3+ years of senior experience in a similar role
  • native or expert level English, exceptional copywriting skills
  • in-depth knowledge of all social media platforms
  • proven track record of managing successful social media advertising campaigns
  • great technical understanding, ability to adopt new tools quickly
  • ability to jump between the creative process, analytical thinking and commercial awareness
  • eye for visuals and at least intermediate image editing skills

Your profile:

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you know that being part of a team doesn’t just involve getting the job done
  • obsessed with detail and accuracy – you still have nightmares of that one time you published a typo
  • encyclopedic knowledge of pop culture, cultural history and current events – never miss a reference or an opportunity to make one
  • passion for travel, understanding of comedy
