What if my payment card is not working?

If your payment was declined for security reasons, please contact us before using any other card.
If it is not a security issue, then please try the following:
  1. Double check all the details first, like the expiration date of the card for example.
  2. Ensure that your card’s daily limit for online transactions has not been exceeded.
  3. Ensure your balance is sufficient to cover the costs.
  4. Contact your bank because they may need to approve the transaction.
  5. Try updating your web browser to the latest version.
  6. Try using a different web browser, like Google Chrome for example.
  7. Use incognito mode in your browser.
  8. Disable plugins, add-ons and extensions in your browser, like ad blockers for example.
  9. Try to use another card.
