Can I enter Montenegro?

You can enter Montenegro. Moreover, as of April 2022, Montenegro has lifted all COVID-19 restrictions.

Can I enter Montenegro if I am vaccinated/unvaccinated/recovered?

Both vaccinated and unvaccinated travelers can enter Montenegro without meeting any COVID-19-related requirements. There is currently no need to present any COVID-19-related documents. Nevertheless, please note that COVID-19 remains a risk worldwide, and rules can change rapidly.

Regarding vaccination, the following vaccine drugs are approved in Montenegro:

  • AstraZeneca
  • Pfizer
  • Sputnik V
  • Covilo
  • Coronavac

As of April 2022, no COVID-19 documents are required to enter Montenegro.

In addition, it is recommended to check the possible requirement of a negative test result. Certain countries require test results regardless of vaccination status.

  • A certificate of recovery from COVID-19 (no more than 180 days old before the day of crossing the border of a particular country)
  • A negative COVID-19 test result (the relevant period and kind of test may vary, please check the requirements of the destination country)
