Voucher Drop is an ongoing campaign for existing Kiwi.com users who are signed into their accounts. Each iteration of this campaign is known as a “Voucher Drop run.”
1. Eligibility Criteria:
To participate in a Voucher Drop run, users must:
- Be existing Kiwi.com users and signed into their account.
- Possess a verified Kiwi.com account.
- Belong to the specific target user segment for that particular Voucher Drop run.
- Have enabled mobile app notifications for Deals & Promotions.
2. Voucher Value and Limitations:
- Value: Voucher values vary between €10 and €200 across different Voucher Drop runs. However, within a single run, all vouchers hold the same value, which can be applied to reduce the cost of a future booking.
- Minimum Booking Value: There is no minimum booking value required to use a voucher.
- Quantity: The number of available vouchers is limited per Voucher Drop run.
- Campaign End: A Voucher Drop run concludes once all available vouchers have been claimed.
- Distribution: Vouchers are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Usage: Each voucher can be used only once per account.
3. Voucher Access and Application:
- Access: Vouchers can be accessed and applied across all Kiwi.com platforms.
- Claiming & Usage: Users must be signed in to their Kiwi.com account to claim and utilize a Voucher Drop voucher.
- Application: The voucher code must be applied during the booking process.
- Restrictions: Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
4. Campaign Mechanics:
- Announcements: Voucher Drop runs are announced through Kiwi.com app push notifications.
- Availability: Availability is time-limited and dependent on the quantity of vouchers.
- Real-time Tracking: A real-time counter displays the number of remaining vouchers.
- Voucher Drop Run Conclusion: The Voucher Drop run ends when all vouchers are claimed.

- Kiwi.com reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
- The voucher is governed by the Art. 12.9 of Kiwi.com’s Terms and Conditions . Please note that any deliberate misuse of the vouchers, including its use for commercial purposes or in a fraudulent manner, may result in the invalidation and permanent forfeiture of all vouchers without prior notice or compensation.
