Introduction
These are the terms and conditions (“Terms”) which apply to the Kiwi.com’s Voucher Giveaway Campaign (“Campaign”) that shall be carried out via social media platform Instagram operated by Meta Platforms Limited (“Platform”).
In these Terms, “we”, “us”, “our”, all mean Kiwi.com s.r.o., with a registered office at Rohanské nábřeží 678/25, 186 00, Prague 8-Karlín, Czech Republic, Company ID No.: 29352886, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. C 387231.
Campaign Period
The Campaign will be run as a recurring giveaway, with each individual giveaway round (“Round”) announced via a dedicated social media post on the Platform. Each Round will have a defined time window during which Participants may enter. The start and end times of each Round shall be announced in the corresponding post. All times will be based on Central European Time.
Entering the Campaign
To enter the Campaign, individuals (“Participants”) must, during the respective Round:
Find a returning flight for two under 100 EUR to their dream destination using Kiwi.com.
Comment on the corresponding social media post with:
A description or mention of the chosen flight (in any form).
A tag of the friend they wish to take with them.
Ensure that both the flight reference and friend tag are included in the comment to be eligible.
Follow the Kiwi.com profile on the Platform w.
Participation in the Campaign is free of charge and open to individuals aged 18 or over (at the time of entry). Internet connection and mobile data rates may apply to the Participant and are their sole responsibility.
By participating in the Campaign, Participants grant Kiwi.com an unlimited, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use any content contained within their comment that is protected by intellectual property rights for promotional purposes. Kiwi.com is also entitled to authorize third parties to use this content. No remuneration shall be due to Participants for this license.
Participation in the Campaign also constitutes permission for Kiwi.com to use the Participant’s likeness (if included in their comment or profile) for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Winner Selection and Prizes
The winner for each Round of the Campaign will be selected randomly from all Participants who have fulfilled the requirements outlined in these Terms.
The winner will receive a voucher worth 100 EUR (“Voucher” or “Prize”) that can be used to purchase Kiwi.com Services, subject to the Kiwi.com Terms and Conditions available at https://www.kiwi.com/pages/content/legal (“Kiwi.com’s Terms & Conditions”).
The winner will be announced on the Platform in a post corresponding to the Round and notified within reasonable time after the announcement. To claim the Prize, the winner must reply to the notification within 24 hours. Once claimed, the voucher will be delivered within the next 48 hours. The winner must provide their name and contact details for the delivery of the Prize.
The voucher is governed by the Kiwi.com’s Terms & Conditions and is valid for 2 months from the date of issue.
Final Provisions
This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, the company operating the Platform.
Any breach of these Terms may result in disqualification or cancellation of the awarded voucher, without prior notice or compensation.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
Information about processing of your personal data
Data Controller:
Your personal data will be processed by Kiwi.com s.r.o., Rohanské nábřeží 678/25, 186 00 Praha, Czech Republic.
Purpose and Legal Basis:
We process your nickname, photos, and contact details to manage your participation in the Campaign, select the winner, deliver the prize, and promote the Campaign on our platforms. This is based on our legitimate interest in marketing our services.
Data Collection & Sharing:
We collect your data via the Platform you use to enter. We share it only when necessary—e.g., with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Instagram) and internally with tools like Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited)—to operate the Campaign and verify the winner.
Retention:
We keep your data for the duration of the Campaign and then for the legal limitation period (3 years + 1 year reserve).
Your Rights:
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or transfer of your data, or object to its processing. Contact us at privacy@kiwi.com .
