If you notice the mistake before we confirm your booking, you still might be able to request a cancellation and a refund.
To see your options, sign in and open your trip.
If we haven't confirmed your booking yet, you'll see a "Booking cancellation" button in the upper right corner. Click on it, and we'll check if your reservation has already been booked with the carrier(s).
If we have already confirmed your booking with the carrier(s), such cancellation won't be possible. You can only change your trip or cancel according to the regular policy.
Incorrect passenger details
If you made a mistake in passenger’s name or other details, it’s usually possible to correct it. Check the article Can I correct passenger details for more info.
