You can choose between 3 different service packages when you make a booking. They differ in the processing fees for additional services, such as seats or baggage, and in the customer support availability.
You can make changes up to 48 hours before your trip.
Basic Services
  • €30 processing fee for each additional service (on top of the fee charged by the carrier)
  • Call us from 14 days before the start to 2 days after the end of your trip
  • Message us outside of the call window
Plus Services
  • €10 processing fee for each additional service (on top of the fee charged by the carrier)
  • Call us from 14 days before the start to 2 days after the end of your trip 
  • Message us anytime
Premium Services
  • No processing fee, you’ll only pay what the carrier charges
  • Call us anytime up to 2 days after your trip
  • Message us anytime
