Summary: If you miss a transfer and it's covered by the airline, contact the airline directly.

Missed a connection? Depending on their T&Cs, the airline may offer you: 
  • Another flight to your destination
  • Hotel, food and drinks during long layovers 
  • A refund
Contact the airline:
  • Try to find the airline’s check-in counter at the airport
  • Call them or open a Live Chat session on their website
  • Have your e-ticket ready — they may ask you for your PNR number

The Kiwi.com Guarantee does not apply to this type of transfer because it’s already covered by the airline.
