What is Flexi Change?

With Flexi Change, you can change your trip up to 48 hours before your first departure. The exception would be if you bought tickets less than a week before your first departure — in this case you can change your trip up to 4 hours before. Trip changes can only be made to the date, and must be made for all passengers on the itinerary.

If the new ticket costs the same or less than your existing ticket, it will be free. If it costs more than your existing ticket, you only have to pay the difference.
Let's say you bought a ticket for €200. You'd like to change it, and find a new ticket for €180. In this case, you could change your trip and get the new ticket without having to pay anything. But if your new ticket were to cost €250, you'd have to pay the €50 difference between the old ticket and the new ticket.
It is only possible to change your trip once with Flexi Change. Any additional changes have to be made through our Customer Service agents and will cost the full price of the ticket.

When changing your trip, keep in mind that it’s your responsibility to check visa and COVID-19 requirements for both the layovers and final destinations.

What if I don't add Flexi Change?

To change your trip, you’ll have to pay the full price of the new booking.

Can I change my trip with the carriers directly?

Even if  you don’t add Flexi Change, you might still be able to change your trip under the carrier’s conditions.   If you decide to change your trip with the carriers directly we won’t be able to provide you with any assistance services, and you’ll lose the Kiwi.com Guarantee if you have it.
