I was charged for baggage at the airport

If you added baggage with us, didn't exceed your allowance, and still needed to pay for it at the airport, we will reimburse you the airport baggage fee.

Sign in to your booking, click “Refunds and cancellations” at the top of the page, and submit the receipt. 

Please also include the details to help us understand what the issue was so that we can make amends.

In case you did not add this baggage with us, or exceeded your baggage allowance, we won't be able to reimburse you.
