How can I get a discount using a promo code?
If you have a voucher for future bookings and want to apply your discount, you’ll need to add your promo code during the last step of the booking before you pay.
How do I use my promo code?
- Select a trip and start booking.
- Click “Redeem a promo code” on the last step of the booking before you pay. You’ll find it above the payment box.
- A new field will appear. Enter your code there and apply it.
- You should see a success message and the discounted price. You can now pay the difference (if there’s any) and complete your booking.
What are the rules?
- You can combine promo codes with Kiwi.com Credit, but you can only use one promo code per booking. Once a promo code is used, you won’t be able to use it again.
- You can only use your promo code once.
- If your trip costs more than your promo code is worth, you must pay the balance by card.
- If your trip costs less than your promo code is worth, you will not be able to carry over the balance to a new booking, and your promo code will be fully redeemed.
- Promo codes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash or credit.
