If it's 5 hours or more before the departure of your first flight we’ll factor in the price of replacement flights with arrival time closest to your original one, or the price of your original booking apart from the service fees you paid us.
If you’d like to use your Credit for a replacement flight we encourage you to book one as soon as possible, as prices may go up. However, you can decide to hold onto the Credit and save it for a future trip — valid until the stated expiration date, which in most cases is 2 years.
You’ll also have the option to apply for a refund from the carrier, which we can do on your behalf. The refund amount and processing speed depend on carrier policies and relevant laws. Please keep in mind that if you’d rather deal directly with the airlines instead of accepting help from us, you can.
