Booking confirmation

Summary: Find out what to do if you haven’t received your confirmation yet.

We’ll send you a confirmation email when we complete your booking with the carriers.

You should receive the email within 4 hours, but it usually takes just a couple of minutes. Occasionally, our agents need to manually book some parts of the trip, which can cause a delay.

What to do if you haven't received anything:
  • Check your spam folder.
  • Check the SMS we sent you. If there is a typo in your email address, you’ll see it there.
  • Sign in to your booking or contact us.
