The ban applies to all foreign nationals who have visited countries in the Schengen Area in the last 14 days and don't have permanent residency in the US.
The ban includes the United Kingdom and Ireland effective 17th March.
It doesn't apply to US citizens, permanent residents, or immediate relatives of US citizens.
