Email delivery problems

Summary: What you should do when we cannot reach you on the email address you provided when booking.

Add another email address to your booking
  • Sign in using the original email address that you used during the initial booking. Check your SMSes to see which email you booked with.
  • At the bottom of the page, you can add a new email address in the “Contact details” section. 
  • Now, you should receive all email communication from us at your correct email address.
    • Please note that you will still need to use the original email address to sign in.
  • Don’t forget to check your booking status and download all available travel documents.
