Why didn’t I receive an email confirmation of my booking?

You should receive the email confirmation soon after booking. If it doesn’t arrive, please try to:
  • Check your spam folder.
  • Sign in to your booking to check its status.
Some bookings need to be processed manually and might take up to 24 hours. For example, if the carrier’s booking system is offline. We’ll let you know as soon as there’s an update.

If you haven’t received any confirmation email by then, there could have been a typo in your email address when you created the booking. Check the SMS confirmation we sent you to see which email address you used for the booking. You can use that address to sign in to your booking. Once you sign in, you can download your e-ticket and more.
