You might not be able to change your itinerary for a few reasons.
Your trip’s been already changed
You won't be able to change your itinerary online if it has been changed before by you or by the carrier(s).
If you need to make further changes, please contact us, and our agents will assist you.
After you change your trip once, the lowest fare type — Saver Ticket — rules will apply for all other changes or cancellations.
Your trip has been canceled
Trip changes are disabled if there has been a cancellation.
However, if your trip has been canceled by the carrier(s), you might be able to choose an alternative itinerary instead of a refund. Check our Refunds and cancellations article for more details.
It’s less than 48 hours
You can only make changes up to 48 hours before your trip.
If you need to make last-minute changes, you can try it directly with the carrier. But please note that by changing your trip with them, you’ll lose the Kiwi.com Guarantee.
