What if my payment card is not working?

If it is not a security issue, then please try the following:
  • Double-check all card details— the full card number, expiration date, and the CVV on the back of your card.
  • Ensure that your card is not expired, is enabled for online transactions, or that the daily limit for transactions has not been exceeded.
  • Contact your bank because they may need to approve the transaction or provide more information.
Please note that if you have a card issued in the EU, you may be required to complete a second authentication of your payment, usually via your mobile device or per your bank’s instructions. This additional verification is introduced to ensure the maximum security of your card information.
  • Try updating your web browser to the latest version or try using a different web browser, (for example, switching from Safari to Google Chrome).
  • Use incognito mode in your browser and/or disable plugins, add-ons, and extensions in your browser, especially ad blockers.
  • Try to use a different payment method instead. If you still want to use your payment card, you can try Apple Pay or Google Pay. These methods are also available in your web browsers and through the Kiwi.com mobile app.
  • Alternatively, try another card or try to complete the payment later.
