Special Terms and Conditions for the Kiwi.com Refer a Friend Program

  1. General Provisions
    1. These Special Terms & Conditions regulate the relationship between us, the private limited company Kiwi.com s.r.o., with a registered office at Rohanské nábřeží 678/25, 186 00, Prague 8-Karlín, Czech Republic, Company ID No.: 29352886, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. C 387231, Tax ID No. CZ29352886 (“Kiwi.com”,“We”, “ Our”, “Us”), and you as Our registered customer with Kiwi.com account (“You”, “Your”, “ Yourself”); (“You”, “Your” and/or "Yourself" can also be used to refer to a person who will participate in this program based on the invitation described below.)
    2. The Kiwi.com Refer a Friend Program (the "Program") allows you to earn funds for Your Kiwi.com account (the “Funds”) in the form of credits which may be used only for the purchase of Our services and/or products (the “Booking”) which we offer on our website www.kiwi.com (the " Website").
  2. How to use it?
    1. You can refer any of your friends to Us (the "Referral") by using the invitation link provided to You in relation to this Program.
    2. Each of Your friends with Kiwi.com account invited to participate in the Program (the "Friend") obtains Funds in the amount of EUR 20 for his first Booking. These particular Funds may not be used by You in any way and we may deny applicability of any voucher(s) related to these funds if we reasonably assume that You wish to use them in relation to any Booking.
    3. You will receive Funds in the amount of EUR 20 per each Referral which resulted in a Booking of more than EUR 200.
  3. Limitations
    1. You may only receive Funds up to the amount of EUR 5.000 within the Program.
    2. The Friend may redeem the Funds only within the first 2 weeks after the Referral occurred.
    3. The Funds may be used only within the first twelve months after they were credited to the respective Kiwi.com account.
    4. The Referral may be used only for personal and non-commercial purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Program or Your ability to participate in the Program at any time for any reason if We notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent.
  4. General Terms
    1. If You participate in the Program, you agree that any and all matters not covered by these Special Terms and Conditions shall be subject to Our Terms & Conditions available on the Website.
    2. By using the Program, you declare that you have obtained a freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent from every intended recipient of the invite, whose email address you have entered into the email field, to refer them to our product and services, i.e. to receive the invite in a form of an email.
