Fly via Prague Smart Pass benefits

• Free Fast Track voucher: if you are traveling with checked baggage and have a layover at the airport of 3 hours or less. Fast Track speeds up your transfer, helps you to avoid the crowds at security checks, and ensures a less stressful experience. Please note that Fast Track is only available if your flight is departing from Terninal 2.
• Transfer assistance is available at airport information desks placed in the Arrival Hall in Terminal 1 and in the Departure Hall in Terminal 2. For airport information desks opening hours please visit www.flyviaprague.com.
• Discount vouchers are available for shopping, restaurants, and lounges.

Transfer process with no checked baggage

• After disembarking, check the correct Terminal for your next flight. Follow the light blue “Fly via Prague” signs and stay airside within the security zone if you have your boarding pass for the next connecting flight. Otherwise, please find the self-check-in kiosk to print your boarding pass, staying airside. Please visit www.flyviaprague.com for the list of applicable airlines. For other airlines, please use the regular check-in counters in the Departure Hall in Terminal 2. Please note that if you are arriving from a non-Schengen destination, you need to go through Passport Control and hold a valid visa for the Czech Republic if you are not an EU, CH or EEA citizen (and if applicable to your nationality). Please also check the Covid restrictions that could be currently in place.
• To be able to continue your journey from Prague, please ensure you have the correct visa and travel documents for your final destination.

Transfer process with checked baggage

• After disembarking, go to baggage reclaim to collect your baggage and follow the orange “Fly via Prague” signs. Please note that if you are arriving from a non-Schengen destination, you need to go through Passport Control and hold a valid visa for the Czech Republic if you are not an EU, CH or EEA citizen (and if applicable to your nationality). Please also check the Covid restrictions that could be currently in place.
• After collecting your baggage please check the correct Terminal for your next flight. 
• If your next flight departs from Terminal 2, please use the self-bag drop-off posts in front of Security Screening Points to check in your baggage. You can check which airlines use the self-bag drop-off system on www.flyviaprague.com. Otherwise, please use the regular check-in counters of your departing air carrier. 
• Proceed through Security using the Fast Track voucher (QR code) provided to you in case of layover time at the airport of 3 hours or less.
• If your next flight departs from Terminal 1, use the regular check-in desks to drop off your baggage and then proceed to Security and Passport Control (please ensure you have the requested documentation/visa for your final destination).
• To be able to continue your journey from Prague, please ensure you have the correct visa and travel documents for your final destination.

Fast Track Voucher (QR code) —Terminal 2 only 

• If your layover time is 3 hours or less, your itinerary includes a free Fast Track voucher. 
• To open the Fast Track gate, please scan your boarding pass first and if needed the QR code received together with your booking.
• The QR Code can be found in the email we sent to you about your ancillary service confirmation.
• You can use either your mobile or a printed version of the QR code.

Discount vouchers for airport shops, restaurants, and lounges

• Discount vouchers for shopping, restaurants, and lounges are included in your booking.
• The vouchers can be found under the ‘Manage My Booking’ section, in the mobile app, and in the email we sent to you about your ancillary service confirmation.
• Present your voucher at an airport shop or at a lounge entrance to get your discount.
• You can check the list of available shops, restaurants, and lounges on www.flyviaprague.com.
