  • Kiwi.com fees and extra services (Guarantee, baggage, seating, insurance, etc.) can’t be refunded.

  • Use your instant Kiwi.com Credit to rebook, or save it for future trips.

  • Use of the Refundability benefit is limited to a maximum of two (2) cancellations per calendar month and a maximum of six (6) cancellations per calendar year.
