I was surprised at how easy and helpful booking through kiwi was. luckily I didnt have any disruptions or delays, but the app kept me updated of the gate number and when check in was available. I would definitely use again

I was informed by kiwi straight away about any disruption, how long it will be etc. even on the airport information wasn't still announced while I already got email with up to date new I think its quite amazing.

App immediately informs if there are any changes or delays. really easy to book and navigate

Everything went smoothly, so we do not have experience in situations where problematic things such as flight cancellations, etc. have to be dealt with. we appreciate the most the purchase of tickets (reservations) of different airlines together in one reservation, so that connecting flights do not sell out. so I give it a rating of 10/10.

Emerald airlines/donegal airport is surely worth mentioning in the context. unfortunately the kiwi-app did not work for me.
