Cyprus accepts Euro. If you’re traveling from a country where the currency is other than Euro, it would be beneficial to exchange money before your journey to Cyprus.

The only official language in Cyprus is Greek. Whilst the majority of residents speak Greek, it is usual to hear people speaking in Turkish, Armenian, Cypriot Arabic – these are the languages of the largest international communities within Cyprus.
Cyprus has subtropical climate which is similar to the rest of countries in that part of the world. If you travel to Cyprus during the summer holidays, then you don’t need to pack warm clothes with you as the weather is usually pleasant and sunny. Although if you are arriving in August you might want to take a light sweater with you as it can get a bit chilly in the evenings.
