You can manage your booking in your account on our website or app— such as checking your refund or booking status, making changes, or adding extras. Our agents won’t be able to provide you with any more info than you already have access to.

If you already have a booking ID, you can also call us. The availability of our phone support depends on the service option you chose when you booked:
  • With Premium Services, you can reach us anytime, and up to 2 days after your trip.
  • With Basic or Plus Services, you can call us anytime within 14 days before the start of your trip, to 2 days after your trip.
