What if I was asked to add baggage at the airport?

In some rare cases, we might not succeed in adding your baggage online, e.g., because of a technical issue in the carrier’s reservation system. 

If this happens, we’ll email you and ask you to add the baggage at the airport. Naturally, we’ll reimburse you the full airport baggage fee, which might be higher than the initial baggage price.
Sign in to your booking to submit the receipt via “Refunds and cancellations” at the top of the page.
If you don't wish to take baggage anymore, you can apply for a refund right away.
