What you should do when we cannot reach you on the email address you provided when booking.
Add another email address to your booking
- Sign in to Manage My Booking using the original email address that you used during the initial booking.
- At the bottom of the page, you can add a new email address in the “Contact details” section.
- Now, you should receive all email communication from us at your correct email address.
- Please note that you will still need to use the original email address to sign in to Manage My Booking.
- Don’t forget to check your booking status and download all available travel documents from Manage My Booking.
