Email delivery problems

What you should do when we cannot reach you on the email address you provided when booking.
Add another email address to your booking
  • Sign in to Manage My Booking using the original email address that you used during the initial booking.
  • At the bottom of the page, you can add a new email address in the “Contact details” section. 
  • Now, you should receive all email communication from us at your correct email address.
    • Please note that you will still need to use the original email address to sign in to Manage My Booking. 
  • Don’t forget to check your booking status and download all available travel documents from Manage My Booking.
If you are flying with Ryanair and Wizzair you may be affected by their new baggage policies.
