I had a complicated flight on three planes. kiwi found the best flights for me, I chose and paid. then they constantly inform you what to do, how to check in, some airlines check in themselves, others independently. they write about everything, it is impossible to get confused, if something is not clear, you can contact them (preferably sms), they always answer and it is easy to understand. they are with you throughout the flight. I had a force majeure. my flight was delayed and I was late for the next two, I was flying back, I wrote to kiwi and they wrote what I should do and offered alternative flights. moreover, they took on most of the tickets and were ready to pay for my hotel (i did not use it). so I flew on with the least cost of tickets, for which I am very grateful.
