Booking confirmation

We’ll send you a confirmation email when we complete your booking with the carriers.

You should receive the email within 24 hours, but it usually takes just a couple of minutes. Occasionally, our agents need to manually book some parts of the trip, which can cause a delay.
You can always see the status of your booking in your account.
What to do if you haven’t received anything after 24 hours:
  • Check your spam folder.
  • Check the SMS we sent you. If there’s a typo in your email address, you’ll see it there. Use this email to sign in and download your e-ticket.
  • If that doesn’t help, contact us.
