PNR numbers

A Passenger Name Record (PNR) is a unique carrier reservation number for one or more flights.

You can find your PNR on your e-ticket in the relevant segment of your itinerary. Each part of your trip and each passenger can have a different PNR.
When your connections have different PNR numbers, you have a self-transfer layover. You might need to leave the transit zone, go through immigration, and then through security again.
Check if you need a visa or if there are specific COVID-19 travel regulations to enter the transit country.
What if I don’t see a PNR on my e-ticket?
If you received your e-ticket and the PNR is missing, it means that the carrier hasn’t issued it yet. We’ll send you a new e-ticket when it’s ready.
