Standard Ticket

Summary: The best option if you’re likely to change, but don’t plan to cancel your trip.

You can choose your fare type when you make a booking. With a Standard Ticket, you’ll receive the following.

With a Standard Ticket, you’ll automatically receive Plus Services with a €10 processing fee for additional services and 24/7 customer support in English.
It’s also possible to upgrade to Premium Services in the next step of the booking process, right after you choose your fare type.
You’ll only pay the difference for your new booking. If the price is the same or lower, it’s free.
After you change your trip, Saver Ticket rules will apply for all other changes or cancellations.
If you decide to cancel your booking, you’ll get a €10 refund.
You can make changes or cancel up to 48 hours before the journey.
