Where is my invoice or receipt?

Summary: It will arrive by email after your payment has been accepted — usually within 30 minutes of booking.

You will receive an invoice by email a moment after making any payment on
  • If not, there could be a typo in the address you provided.
You can download your invoice at any time with the mobile app or Manage My Booking — at the bottom of the page.

How to customise your invoice
You can customise your invoice during the booking but not afterwards. 
  • Select "Edit invoice details" on the final booking page.
