One of the best ways to get to the city centre from the airport (or vice versa) is by bus. There is a city bus in Melilla which will take you to the Moroccan border. The local bus 2 (marked Aforos) runs every 30 minutes between Plaza de España and the Beni Enzar border from 7:30 to 23:00. The main bus stop is on the south side of Plaza de España. The price of the ticket is around 2 euro.

From there, you can take a bus or taxi to Nador for 8 euro and get to Morocco in just 15 minutes (only 12 kilometers).
