We booked a return flight from milan malpensa to bangkok with kiwi at a convenient price compared to other market operators. everything went well, we had no problems. on the outward journey we flew with turkmenistan airlines on whose website our ticket was not issued, but in reality the booking had been successful. we also contacted customer service who quickly responded and reassured us about our booking. positive experience!

I had a problem with tsik in on the website of the airline that I clicked on at 2 in the morning and they were kind and solved the problem even though it was theirs and not mine, there was simply a change in the flight time and they were supposed to confirm it and then I could do tsik in but when I contacted them they took care of it immediately and I was able to do it on the website of the airline that could have cost me a rickshaw at the airport
