I really liked if there was a flight delay I got the info super fast and when there was a canceled flight the new route was offered immediately and helped a lot. one issue was that I booked a flight with seats at wizz air on a flight and it wa somehow canceled and our family with kid could not aot togethwr at the end and it was unpleasant.
