I also appreciated receiving boarding passes by email and information about the delayed flight on the way back. I was unable to cancel the ticket of my daughter who was unable to leave with us and I was obliged to enter her identity card to receive our boarding passes

I didnt like the subject of the email after purchasing the tickets as well as the pdf that stated e-ticket but it was not the actual flying ticket. it was my first time traveling with an airplane so I didnt know that the actual tickets are available only after checking in. so maybe clear that part out and explain it better. if you did, maybe make it more visible. thank you. still, im really satisfied with all the rest.
