Getting from Montreal city center to Montreal airport
The fastest options are taxi and private transfer, while budget travelers often choose the 747 Express Bus.
Montreal is served by one major international airport: Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL), officially known as Aéroport international Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau de Montréal, located approximately 20 km southwest of downtown Montreal. Whether you are planning airport transfers from the city center or simply looking for the most convenient way to reach YUL, options include express bus, taxi, ride-hailing, and private transfer. There is no direct metro or train link to YUL at this time. Journey times and costs vary depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.
CAD $40–80/day (~USD $29–58); parking and drop-off fees may apply

The taxi flat rate of CAD $46 applies from the downtown Montreal zone to YUL and is regulated by the Commission des transports du Québec.
The STM 747 Express Bus ticket includes unlimited transfers on the STM network for 24 hours and can be purchased on board or at metro stations.
There is currently no direct metro or commuter rail link between downtown Montreal and YUL. A future REM (Réseau express métropolitain) light rail connection to YUL is under development.
