Liability Insurance

Liability insurance covers expenses that arise from damage you cause while on your trip.

While traveling, you might accidentally cause damage to property or injure another person. Liability insurance from AXA assistance protects you in these situations, and pays for damages on your behalf.

What does liability insurance cover?

When you have liability insurance, you are covered for the duration of your trip, or for the specific dates that you choose when you purchase the insurance.
  • If you accidentally cause injury to another person, their medical expenses and any compensation due will be covered up to €50,000.
  • If you damage, destroy or lose an item, it will be covered up to €40,000.
  • In both cases, you will only have to pay a deductible of €200 yourself, and the insurance will cover the rest.
By purchasing this product, you agree with the General Insurance Terms & Conditions and Specific Terms & Conditions of INTER PARTNER ASSISTANCE S. A. For more details on what is covered, read the insurance FAQs, privacy policy, distant conclusion of the insurance, and product information.
