Can I cancel additional services?
It’s not possible to cancel additional services nor transfer them to another passenger.
When you request a service, we add it for you with the carriers. As most carriers don’t allow cancellations of extras, we can’t offer this to you. Our service fee is also non-refundable.
If we failed to add a service or check you in online as promised, we'll naturally refund you the fee that you paid at the airport. Find out how to apply for such a refund in I was charged extra at the airport.
However, depending on the carrier, it might be possible to change your seat preferences for an extra fee. You might also be able to upgrade your baggage if the carriers offer this in your booking.
Travel insurance
You can cancel your travel insurance up to a specific date. Read more in the Travel insurance article.
