Cheap flights from Atlanta to San Antonio from £94

If you're in a hurry, don't rely on buses to San Antonio. Even on the most popular routes, buses run at intervals of 15 minutes (usually 30 minutes or even 1 hour). Trams run much more often – every 10 minutes.

The Cathedral of St. Fernando was built in the middle of the 18th century, and recently underwent a large-scale reconstruction, during which unique stained glass windows were installed. Also, this cathedral is known for the fact that it keeps coffins with the remains of the heroes who participated in the Battle of the Alamo in 1836.

The beautiful botanical garden of the city of San Antonio provides the opportunity to explore a large collection of diverse palms, cacti, and other plants in hot climates. Several thematic sections are presented here today. One of them is dedicated to a collection of tropical rainforest plants, for which glass greenhouses in the form of pyramids were built. Visitors are also introduced to the amazing desert plants and typical nature of West Texas. Daily admission is $15 for adults.
