Plaza de la Constitución is the largest square in San Sebastián, surrounded by buildings with balconies that served as seating boxes during the bullfight. The arcades were enumerated, and they still preserve their numbering. The square in new-Neoclassical style is lined with bars and restaurants where people can try one of the best pintxos. Most of the eateries open at 10:00 and may work until 03:00.

Arzak is a first-class and the most famous family restaurant in San Sebastian, established at the end of the 19th century.
