Cheap flights from Palma, Majorca to Rennes from £80

We recommend visiting not only the city of Rennes but its outskirts as well. Renting a car is the best solution for such a voyage. Check the options of such local companies as Hertz, located on 17 Place de la Gare Niveau street. To rent a car, one will need an international driving license and a credit card to cover the rent. Risky drivers should keep in mind that road police in Rennes are watchful, and speeding is heavily fined.

Rennes has a really interesting and unusual museum. Travelling there is quite simple: first, get off the subway at the station Triangle, and then walk one kilometre. It is a real farm, showcasing its visitor village standards and routine in Rennes starting from the sixteenth century. And there is something to look at: the building of the museum itself, temporary exhibitions, a pigsty and a stable, a barn and a chicken coop, and an orchard. Usually, people buy local honey and apples here.

You are unlikely to miss the Townhall square, but try to do this in the evening. In the dark, the lighting of the opera house is marvellous. You can perfectly complement this walk with some snack like a galette, bought in any street food stall. Then you can continue your late promenade and see an illumination show on the facade of the Parliament of Brittany.
