Cheap flights from San Juan to Buffalo from £85

The statement that appearance can be deceptive could be about the Ballyhoo bar in Buffalo. When walking along the river on Ohayo street you may not notice its poor facade from the first glance. But go there and supplement super cocktails with housemade sausages and ice-cream sandwiches for dessert.

Have a walk around The Delaware Avenue Historic District in Buffalo. There you will see a so-called “the millionaires' row”. This is evidence that Buffalo once had more millionaires per capita than any other city in the United States. Now wealthy mansions still look wonderful, but they have been converted into office space for local corporations and nonprofits. Get closer to some famous owners' houses, like Butler Mansion (at #672), Clement Mansion (at #786, which is now the local branch of the American Red Cross), Richmond Lockwood House (at #844) and Charles W. Goodyear House (at # 888).

When walking around Hertel Avenue in the northern part of Buffalo, you are unlikely to resist entering every single independent store. If you smoke (or have smoking mates), go to the Tobacconist shop on Virgil avenue to buy little things, like cigars from different corners of the world.
